The high temperature silica tape is manufactured by weaving high silica oxide yarn into a flexible braided structure. With a silicon dioxide (SiO₂) content of ≥96%, this silica tape offers excellent electrical insulation, low thermal conductivity and low thermal shrinkage performance, with continuous working temperatures up to 1000℃.
Designed as a reliable heat resistant silica tape solution, it is widely used for high-temperature insulation, welding protection, sealing applications, industrial heat protection and automotive thermal management where stable performance under extreme conditions is required.
Our Silica Tape is designed for extreme temperature environments where reliable insulation and thermal protection are required. Manufactured from high silica oxide fibers, it combines excellent heat resistance, electrical insulation and dimensional stability.
